I wanted to make something special for my dad for father's day and since he is always working I thought one of these cakes would be appropriate! The cake is a mango cake with a filling of fresh whipped cream and strawberry pie filling, covered in strawberry bc and fondant. I have been wanting to try a shirt and tie cake anyway so this was the perfect opportunity. I learned a lot what not to do for next time but everyone liked, especially my dad, so i was happy!!
