It is pure red velvet with raspberry filling... Chuck even used a Wal-Mart machete to cut it, for true Arkansas hunitn'-man effect!! The kids loved eating the ears, leaves, worm... Chuck got to keep the tail (gumpaste). I figure they will save it to enjoy on their first anniversary :)
