This was my first stacked cake. I had a lot of ideas in my head for a "beachy cake" and made the mistake of asking the mother of the grrom what she thought. She wanted something with dark colors insteadof light so I made dark. bottom two are BC and top is Fondat. flowers are royal icing. I like to stripe my bag for more colorful flowers.
