Thanks guys!!! No secret here...all royal icing...it's shiney because they were still a little wet. I just put several different colors on a cookie and then swirled a toothpick through the icing. Very easy and a great way to use up leftover icing :)

These are awesome. I did a similar design for my July 4th cookies, and I thought that they looked rather psychadelic :). Great job!
These are groovy! lol They look like ones that I've made before using Toba's Glace. I s that what you used too?

That reminds me of those paint spinners as a kid where you dropped the paint onto the moving paper--cool!!
