This was for a party that was over July 4th weekend but the theme was St. Louis Cardinals. I transferred the logo using the piping gel method (before I knew about BCT!). I wanted to do something to reference the July 4th holiday so using an idea from one of the Wilton's Yearbooks, I made sprays of royal icing stars by attaching them to white floral wire using the icing. They sort of resembled fireworks!
