Very nice! I love the claddagh on top. And cheesecake too.. was it easy to work with? I'd love to try making a cheescake cake covered in fondant.
Cheesecake can be difficult to stack so we often do dummy layers with a cheesecake layer on top. The weight of the cheesecake is the issue and when it is warm... oh, boy!
