Jj's First Birthday Cake
This cake was a bit of a disaster that sort of turned out in the end. Top is a 4 inch dark choc mudcake, base is a pineapple coconut cake filled with Sylvia Weinstock's buttercream filling flavoured with lemon juice. Covered in fondx, with gumpaste accents. This was meant to be a 3 tier but the base collapsed, and had to turn it into a 2 tier.
