Did this for my job for the 4th i always make stuff for the holidays but i wanted to do something different and since im from philly I had to do the bell ... Its a 10inch yellow cake and we used the doll cake pan for the top of the cake. then we covered it in buttercream then in chocolate fondat and used bronze dust to give it a broze color. The top of the bar is foam covered in choc. fondant
