I just used some white petal dust with a tiny amount of white luster dust.most of it was done with dry dust, I just added a little clear alcohol to the mix to do the wiskers and the nose. The eyes were made with green fondant that dusted with two other shades of green. I then used some black dust to tidy up the edges of the white to help give a 3D effect.
