I got this design from a cake I saw on CC, so this is my take at it. I had the worst luck making this cake; first, because of all the flooding here in Texas, the ants got in our house and invaded my cake layers that I was letting defrost over night, so I had to rebake the entire cake. Then I decided to try a new buttercream recipe that was disasterous, so I ended up covering it in satin ice fondant.
