Pink Rose Wedding Cake
This was the first wedding cake that I've ever made, and I was very nervous. I have so much to learn, but I was pleased with how it turned out. It was a WASC cake with buttercream frosting, and covered in satin ice fondat. The flowers and leaves were gumpaste.
