Birthday Cake
I made this cake for my aunt's 84th birthday. At that point I was half way through Wilton III course. It was a yellow cake with vanilla and apricot filling, covered in buttercream. The roses (all 40 of them) were fondant. I used those colors because those are her favorites. I surprised her with the cake at the Senior Day Care Center she goes to every day. She was very happy!
