nedma on 5 Oct 2007 , 10:12pm what bc recipe did you use? It looks so white and smooth. What fool did you use to get a smooth surface?
divaofcakes on 8 Oct 2007 , 5:56pm I use a paintbrush and brish a bit of vodka on the fondant and place it on the cake. The vodka evaporates nicely... Everclear works too.
nedma on 8 Oct 2007 , 6:13pm Oops, one last question, Can I make and decorate the cake the day before? The cake filling will be buttercreme.
divaofcakes on 6 Oct 2007 , 2:17pm I use the traditional Wilton BC recipe and a regular spatula. I warm it in hot water, wipe it dry and smooth away!
Looks wonderful
