Cake was stacked on site, but decoration of scroll work done ahead of time. Then the flowers place on site also...usually takes about 30-45 minutes to set up this type of cake...whew.....scroll work usually takes me about 10 minutes give or take on cake size, it has gotten easier as I do more of them also..tough ones are when they ask for their own initials now and to try to make them pretty and swirly

The flowers took about 2 weeks to completely finish, once we got the the sample of the brides gown...they were done in all white, then painted with a mix of color/Gin then sprinkled with glitter to make them all sparkly! The scroll is free hand and is actually our initials...S, G, E, and now D (for my little one) and hearts.

Scroll work is breathtaking! Did you did the stacking and scroll work at the set up site? How long did it take you to finish the scroll work?

The bottom square layer is a cake, the bride wanted a sheet cake also so instead of putting it off to the side we used it as a layer...Thank you for all the wonderful words!
