I saw this cake on the Wilton website and just had to attempt it for my brother-in-law's law school graduation. It was a good excuse to get the cupcake stand I wanted! Anyhow, I wasn't paying attention and didn't get things centered the way I wanted. It's supposed to read "Juris Doctor" (his degree). White cake, BC frosting. The little dudes are made out of royal icing. Their heads are Wilton's Mint Petite Icing Decorations.
