Here is an example of the 24 firehelmet cupcakes I had to do for a 5 yr olds birthday. I would much rather do a firehelmet cake. These little guys were not as easy as I had planned. The cupcake is yellow cake with chocolate frosting and Buv crm MMF the helmet ridges are made out of shoestring licorice and the base holding the cupcake is laminated posterboard.
