To Trinity: We used royal icing in class to do the borders and that is what we used to stick the flowers on ... it worked .. they are still stuck on ... this is a dummy cake and it's my table center piece for summer!! I was scared to do the petunias too .. they didn't turn out as perfect as our instructor Lisas and they are not hard to create ... just give it a shot ... I liked the colours they had in the book .. bright peach ... thanks for compliments!!
