Very nice job. how did you get ur red so red. i need to do elmo red tonite to decorate the cake and cupcakes and i came out with a salmon color.

Shazzana....I had the same problem with red until I switched to concentrated liquid food color that I found at a candy making supply store. Super Chinese Red gave me a beautiful deep red for roses.
