Very cute - are these BCTs or edible images?
FBCT, I am just learning to use them. They come in handy when the schedule is tight, since, I can do them ahead. I was just using the piping gel method, but, that means you have to all the work when you put together the cake.
That is brilliant, how did you get your icing so smooth?
I use the Viva paper towel method, but, I saw a new method getting raves on here that Melvira uses. Something about a foam roller.
