This was a fun 3 tier cake to make. I experienced a bit of sagging look on the middle tier as I couldn't seem to get the MMF to stick to the Icing for a clean look. I was in a hurry to take the finished cake to a cook out, so the picture is not particularly good as I had not taken it out of the carrier. The carrier has a bit of MMF on each handle to prop up the lid, as the cake was about 8 mm to tall for the carrier to properly seal.
