I love the hula skirt!! what tipdid you use to do it?

I used the #4 tip one strand at a time!

time comsuming I am sure..but worth every minute.. wonderful job :)

Wow! one strand at a time! Did you try the grass tips or was it just not doing the trick? I have to make 9 small hula girls...so i am seriously interested in your experience.
