Marble Fondant In Purple
We did this cake in course 3. Our instructor showed us how to marble the fondant by adding streaks of paste color and folding and working it until you get the desired look. I finished it off with buttercream lacework and ruffle and royal icing flowers.
Very pretty . Looks like a lace doilie on the top. Love the colors too.
