Princess Allyson's Castle
Birthday cake for a 1 yr. old. Smash cake will be a doll cake. This was my first castle and boy did I learn a lot!! You never learn anything unless you stretch yourself. (that's my theory anyway) I believe the grandmother will be pleased. She has a glass Cinderella coach with horses to go on the cobbleston road. She bought it to be the topper of Allyson's wedding cake. The grandmother does all sorts of sentimental things for her grandchildren. It is so cool.

Castle was iced with light grey buttercream then I formed fondant rocks. My daughter thought it look like I had just stuck marshmallows on it. The crowns are royal icing with silver dragees.
