How do you go in charging for a dummy cake since most of the work is on the decoration?

I sort of guess at the rpicing. This was an interesting enough cake that I gave the bride a deal. But typically, I'll use my regular pricing scheme for the "real" part and then just estimate what my time is worth for the "fake" part.

And my husband cut the cummies with a coping (?) saw. First, we used either the dummy that was to sit on top or the cake pan that the tier was baked in to trce onto the one being carved and then we carved along the traced line.

This is just GREAT!!!
