Quiktrip Store
I made this monster for the retirement of QuikTrips Vice Pres. It was over 3' in length. The bricks are molded chocolate panels and it took over 30 lbs of chocolate to complete. The store front signs are color flow. My biggest regret with this cake was allowing someone to help me unbox it because he stuck his hand in the front doors and they broke and I had to re-ice and pipe on some door frames on site and I was a nervous wreck and I couldn't stop my hands from shaking, so they look terrible.
This cake is amazing! You did a great job!
I think it's awesome and you can't tell from the picture that anything is wrong with the doors. I hate to have people help me too but if I have to I will give them instructions on how they should pick it up, etc.
