yes, i used the paper towel method for the skirt of the dress, but used my finger and cornstarch for the bodice. Thanks for the comments.

I HAVE HEARD ABOUT THE PAPER TOWEL METHOD BUT HAVE NEVER USED IT. WILL EMAIL ME AND TELL ME HOW YOU DO IT. YOUR SKIRT IS SO SMOOTH. LWILLIAMSON@EASTMS.EDU

How did you do the bodice? It is sooo smooth! I usually do the star technique on the bodice? Did you use a certain tip for it? It looks nice! :)
