75Th Birthday

75Th Birthday on Cake Central

This cake was a nightmare!! It is for my Aunt's 75th birthday. Thanks so much to all the CC's who helped me get this cake out of the pan!! (I ruined 2 cakes in the process....will be making cake balls for weeks!) This was my first FBCT and I made it a little thick, so I had to add a border - oh well. The little prayer goes like this: God grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked, the good fortune to run into the ones that I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference!

This is so darling! How on EARTH did you get your handwriting to look so nice? And the lines so straight? Mine wobbles up and down all over the cake!

sherrycakes-there is a recipe for cake balls in the recipe section, you make them with your leftover cake scraps. FBCT stands for Frozen Buttercream Transfer. They are so easy and fun to make!!
