Tinkerbell

Tinkerbell on Cake Central

I made this for my nephew's mom. She was planning on having a big party but then she was diagnosed with leukaemia, so I just made her a small cake as a surprise. She's crazy about Tinkerbell & didn't want to cut it.

Thanks for all your lovely comments. Kerry is doing well & is responding to her treatment really well. I made Tink by rolling out the sugarpaste very thinly & then cutting out her wings & dress etc & then putting them together like a jigsaw. I then painted her outline with a very fine brush. I also put edible glitter on her wings but it doesn't show up on the picture.

The little things really do help people through hard times. I'm sure she appreciated this cake more than just for its look. Great Tinkerbell. I too was wondering if it is a transfer?
