This is a Vanilla Mantecada Cake. My two young daughters helped dip the strawberries in the chocolate. The chocolate was a little to thick to dip but they couldn't wait. They still tasted amazing! I found this recipe by accident and absolutely love it! I have never had anything like it! Very yummy and had an interesting look to it too!
