They are double layered 8 inch, then single 6 and 4 Thank you both! The diamond pattern is just a quick unmeasured criss cross done with the edge of my cake spatula. nothing terribly time consuming!

Thank you all! the diamond pattern is with the edge of my cake spatula...just random cross hatch indentions, and the tip I used for the border is a 21.
