The frame of the bike is yellow cake with the wheels chocolate cake. The cake is iced in buttercream. This cake was requested by my niece for her husbands groom cake. She loved the cake and so did the groom. He said that if the bride can freeze the top of her cake, he wanted his cake frozen too! My husband helped me with the cake. I would have loved to smooth it out more but we literally ran out of time!
