Is this color flow or a BC transfer?

To do the eagle i bought a decal from the local harley store, then took it and had a good color copy made because my home printer could not get the orange to be bright enough, then took it to a bakery and had it done into a edible image.

This is great, I have a friend who would LOVE it.
