Topsy Turvy Birthday Tower
This is a 3-tiered cake w/ a 6" round vanilla cake, 6" round dark chocolate fudge cake, and 6" round strawberry supreme cake, iced in all buttercream. It wasn't supposed to be topsy-turvy, but it ended up that way with the weight of it all on such a narrow cake. This was ordered by a co-worker for her birthday and was a big hit!

Very sweet. I love this on the cover and even better after you have done it in BC. Can you tell me (Im new) did you base ice each cake and then stack or wait and ice after? Thanks for your input!! !
wgoat5: I iced each cake and then stacked them up. After stacking, I had to smooth out my edges a little as they got a little messed up in the stacking process. This cake was from the 2007 Wilton yearbook, but in fondant, and you can find more indepth directions there.
