This was for a small bridal shower this morning. All of the daisies and leaves were made from gumpaste. The cake was a vanilla cake with raspberry Italian meringue buttercream (IMB) and IMB frosting. Hand-piped scrolls on the side of the cake complete the garden feel.
your scroll work is really GOOD!!! I need to practice on that!! Did you have to refrigerate your cake because of the icing you used? What recipe did you use?
