Here is a cake I did for my SIL. She's a pastry chef in NYC so I was under a little pressure on this one. I'm very happy with how it came out and everyone loved it - they had never seen one like this before. I must thank Cakeconfections and Tripletmom for their help and inspiration for this cake.
