Just A Practice Cake
Was experimenting cake recipes from scratch. WHite cake that turned out ok but a little dry. Icing was BC, ganache filling and ganache drizzle on top. Chocolate roses from Tootsie Rolls. Was my first time making the roses and they were fairly easy just a little sticky to work with.
How do you make a rose from a tootsie roll????? AMazing!

Our Wilton teacher showed us. Basically, you just roll it out and cut it with the fondant rose cutters and make them the same way as with fondant. They tase a lot better too!!! Thanks for the responses ladies!!
