Thank you Kelly. After the buttercream covering crusted I piped some thin suiggly lines as background (tip 1, I think) -- more open than cornelli but less suiggly than sotas, if that makes sense. Then I used a 5-petal flower cookie cutter to impress the floral design all over each tier. I filled in each petal with a fat round tip and flattened that with a small offset spatula. Then I outlined the petals(tip 3?) and filled the centers with edible pearls I'd shaken in a little jar with luster dust.
