The top cake is classic white that I added blue food coloring to and the bottom is chocolate. I went with the 4th of July theme since class ended on the 1st and the teacher said we could make any cake as long as it was tiered

How creative! I love the "topper", very festive! Is that buttercream or fondant? If that's buttercream, that's really smooth!!!
Sorry I forgot to say that it is buttercreme frosting. Got to LVOE the melvira method!!
