Close-up of Cancer crab w/ Pearl

This is a close-up of the crab (devil's food w/choc.buttercream covered in mmf). He was for a Zodiac b-day cake (Cancer). He's holding a pearl as that is the jewel for July. The cake also had silver dragees and a silver Cancer sign because silver is one of the colore for that sign. Purple for the girl's favorite and a rose as that is the flower for July, also. TFL :)

Thanks everyone! He's actually made of the tops of two cupcakes (sliced off) and filled w/ choc.buttercream. Then I made a small cardboard the shape of the crab and frosted the whole thing and covered in fondant. The birthday girl was able to lift off the little crab for herself :)
