This cake was an almost disaster. I WAS going to carve the church out of the doll cake pan that I used...long story short, that cake was unusable. I made this church from a gingerbread church pattern (out of candy melts.) It isn't as great as I would have liked for it to have been, but under the circumstances... Everyone raved about the flavor and design, so that was the main thing.
