thanks for that ..... made a mistake though this cake is already on.... im still trying to get the hang of uploading pics....I thought I'd cracked it till today LOL

This cake is beautiful, the bow is amazing. How did you make the bow? Silly question but it looks different from the bows I make..

Thanks Terri, it more reprisents a material bow rather than a ribbon, if that makes any sense, the loops at top are made in the regular way by cutting strips of fondant, textured then pinched together at the ends then I dry them over a rolling pin,then when dry I just cut a small piece of fondant around the two ends but crease it slightly to look like folds in material, the "tails" of the bow are cut from square pieces of fondant then I cut a corner off to create the drape , I'm sorry I'm useless at ...
