This basket full of flowers I made for my dear friend's birthday last month. The basket is moulded with sugarpaste, and then piped with royal icing, using basketweave. The roses, and leaves are piped from royal icing. The hyacinth and white jasmine were moulded from sugarpaste. I was so thrilled she was happy to receive her basket full.
