Grandpa Route 66 Birthday Cake
My 4 yr old wanted to make his grandpa a route 66 cake because granpa turned 66. I was really having a hard time with frosting this cake. I used Pillsbury Fluffy White.

Great Idea! Sorry you had a tough time with that Icing, but it really is to soft for decorating with. My family won't even eat store bought icing since I started making my own. Try some of the receipes here on C.C. and see how they work out for you. Good Luck and many happy baking days.
