Chocolate Squares & Sugared Pears on Cake Central

Four tiers of chocolate cake with apricot filling and chocolate BC. The groom had come to see me with a picture of what his bride to be wanted. He was recommended to me by another decorator who wouldn't do chocolate. The cake board was 2 square drums glued together, covered with brown fondant and edged with "chocolate" brown ribbon. The seckel pears and leaves were sugared using egg white and sifted regular granulated sugar.
