McMama, The "hula girls, ummm...chests," was a request from the customer who was featuring the cake at his 50th Birthday Luau Bash! Although obvious, I felt them to be not really "naughty". Please let me know if you feel I need to move this photo to another category.

That has got to be the best Hawaiian cake I have ever seen! And those HAVE to be brand new implants! But from what I hear, they do soften up a bit over time.
