I ran out of time so I didnt make enough flowers to do the cascade thing...but I still thought it turned out ok...still working on smooth icing...though the paint scraper helps.

what I do to make my bc smooth, is put it on cake, and spread, and then I take a spray bottle and spray it twice to smooth more, DO NOT OVER WET CAKE!...hope this helps. Cake looks great! Mine is in 2wks...
