looks fantastic - did you spray with karo syrup mixture for sheen effect
thanks! the turkey is covered in crusting buttercream, then textured with a paper towel that has the raised dots. i then brushed on dark karo syrup.

thanks again, yes, i used dark karo. i just used a small pastry brush. i'm sure the ball would work but probably won't be as reaslistic. hth!
