Valentines Day cakes with gumpaste Swans and hearts on the chocolate cake. Gumpaste Tulips and Sweetpeas on the other cake.

Thank you everyone. I will try and writeup some directions for the Swans and post them for you. The side design is done with a serrated edged knife held vertically upside down and moved in an up and down motion.
