Big Sisters Cake
This was for the big sisters-to-be at a baby shower. I made it in the small oval pans that come with the Wilton Course 2 pack. It was a nice small cake for the two girls and a way for them to feel special at the baby shower. I think siblings often have a hard time when they aren't the center of attention, hopefully this will make their day! Again, I'm very new to this, so please, if you have ANY advice, I'd really appreciate it!! Thanks
This is such a cute idea! I love it - so pretty! And a GREAT way to make a sibling feel included! What are the stars & squares? Looks yummy,..like candy or gum. :)
Thanks! This was such a rush job! I found out about the shower at 1130am, handed the cake over at 6pm! My icing was too thin, some of the squares (fondant cut-outs) were slumping...A learning experience! I loved making this one though, it was so much fun! I'll do it again to see if I can improve...
