Oklahoma Highway Patrol Hat
14" square with a 6" carved hat. Hand painted badge. All of the gold was piped in chocolate first and then painted with gold luster dust. Their motto, Honor, Integrity, Loyalty, Self-Discipline and Professionalism was written all around the sides of the cake. Chocolate cake with Chocolate Syrup Frosting. Lots of things I would do differently "next" time.

I just used my kopykake projector and a template from www.modellodesign.com. They have such wonderful templates!
